Spring Home Show

We had a very full and busy time at the Home Show last weekend (April 13-15). It was lovely to see so many of our clients and to answer questions from visitors who had not heard of our services. Thank you for taking the time to visit the stand and enter our Prize Draw for a $100 voucher from Packables Travel Solutions. The winner was C Wiseman of Courtenay. We wish you much enjoyment in spending your voucher!

Stormy Monday

It was a very busy day (and week) for staff at VHC due to the near hurricane conditions which blew through the Valley. See below some of the sights we encountered on our checks of property on the day of the storm. All of the properties under our care were checked on Monday; on Tuesday we attended those which required debris moving from yards and drive ways. We appreciate the patience of our clients during this time; the status of properties was our first priority, sending updates to clients was secondary.

This year Valley Home Check is proud to be part of the Y.A.N.A fund-raising activity in the Driftwood Mall between November 19 and December 3. Along with other businesses, we have purchased and decorated a tree which is then offered for silent auction. Members of the public can put in a bid or vote for their favourite tree. The favourite tree receives a prize from the Driftwood Mall. Please make sure you stop to check out the trees next time you are in the Driftwood Mall; the trees are located outside London Drugs. There are some stunning trees with fabulous add-on gifts attached! Winners will be announced on 3 December.

You can also purchase Y.A.N.A Christmas crackers at the same location at $2.50 each.
