All floor plans are measured and created by Richard Watkins.
Richard, who immigrated to the Comox Valley in 2007 from the UK, is a fully qualified Building Surveyor with more than 25 years experience in the construction industry. He was a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for 20 years.
As a surveyor Richard specialised in residential buildings and his experience ranges from centuries-old heritage homes featuring ornate architectural detail to minimalist, contemporary designs. His portfolio encompasses design work, including new build and renovation, structural calculations and project management.VHC Floor Plans is a division of Valley Home Check Ltd. which offers house monitoring and maintenance for home owners on vacation, second home owners and vacation rentals.
